BluCapp, Inc., and through its application SyncAcross, is committed to your privacy and the privacy of your information. This Privacy Policy applies to the information that users transmit to SyncAcross through the SyncAcross website at www.syncacross.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy informs you of what information SyncAcross collects from you on our Site and how SyncAcross uses that information. When you register with SyncAcross, you provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, email address, and any other personal or preference information that you choose to provide to us ("Personally Identifiable Information").
Personally identifiable information or personal information is defined as information that identifies you, as an individual, or an organization, and includes your name, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and financial qualification and billing information.
We only collect personally identifiable information about you after you have specifically and knowingly provided such information to us. By voluntarily providing this information to us at various points when using our Site, including but not limited to: sending us a comment or suggestion; deploying an application from the Site; generating data in the course of using an application on the Site; entering a forum or bulletin board; downloading content; or entering a contest that is posted on our Site, you will be consenting to the collection and use of your personal information by us for that online activity.
When you use SyncAcross, you exchange contact, calendar and task information through our servers to allow for the synchronization of data across the platforms you chose. Your Information may include contact and other personal information for individuals who have not joined SyncAcross. SyncAcross is committed to protecting the privacy rights of these individuals. Your information will be used in accordance with your instructions and will not be shared with any third-parties without your permission, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
If you invite others to use the Site, SyncAcross will ask you for your contacts' email address. SyncAcross will automatically send your contact an email inviting them to visit the site. SyncAcross stores this information to send this email, to enable them to easily respond to your invite, and to track the success of your referrals. Your contacts may contact us at privacy@syncacross.com to request that SyncAcross removes this information from our database.
You have the right to access, correct, update, and/or delete your personal information at any time. You can do so by logging into the Site with your username and password, or by contacting SyncAcross customer support. Changes to your personal information are executed immediately. Please remember that if you have shared your personal information with other SyncAcross members, they may retain such shared information in their accounts notwithstanding your decision to terminate your SyncAcross account.

This information includes; your IP address, a number automatically assigned your computer when you visit the Site; your Internet Service Provider; what pages you click on; and your Web Browser. This information is collected for all SyncAcross visitors.
One way we use this non-personal information is as a diagnostic and administrative tool for identifying system problems, administering the Site, and providing variable content. Much of this is done through the use cookies on the Site. Cookies are small text files that your web browser leaves on your hard drive to recognize you as a repeat user of our Site. If you do not want cookies to be used, you should access the features of your web browser for the procedure to disable the cookies.
We collect personal and non-personal information in a non-identifying, anonymous and aggregate form to enhance our Site design, to share with advertisers, and for statistical purposes. These statistics and reports will contain only aggregated and no personally identifiable information.
SyncAcross uses the information collected from you:
SyncAcross uses the collected information to manage and improve our Site. SyncAcross collects this information so that SyncAcross can provide you the Site and offer personalized features.
When you update information, SyncAcross keeps a backup copy of the prior version for a reasonable period of time to enable reversion to the prior version of that information. SyncAcross logs various types of information to help manage and improve the Site, in general and for you in particular. For example, SyncAcross identifies items such as domains and browser types to understand how the Site is used and to report these statistics in the aggregate to better manage the technology of the Site.
SyncAcross may enhance or merge Personally Identifiable Information with your other information and with data from third parties in order to better develop, market and provide our products, services and software, including under the following circumstances:
The above third parties are all contractually obligated to keep the information SyncAcross provides confidential and to not use the information for any purpose other than providing services to SyncAcross and to you under SyncAcross' direction. On occasion, SyncAcross may also receive your Personally Identifiable Information from these third parties.

In any such event, Personally Identifiable Information and other information may be one of the assets transferred. SyncAcross will post notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy, and SyncAcross will seek your consent if that policy is materially different from this one.
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. We will not collect any personal data from you unless you provide it voluntarily by providing us with your freely given specific and informed consent. You acknowledge and agree that we may transfer such information (including, without limitation your personally identifiable information or personal data) to the United States or other countries or may share such information with our licensees and agents in connection with the Site; you should be aware that different laws and/or regulations may apply outside the European Union with respect to your personal data. Furthermore, if you request any technical support, you consent to remote accessing and review of the computer you load the Software onto for purposes of support and debugging.
We employ reasonable managerial and technical measures to ensure that your information is secure. For example, all personally identifiable information is maintained behind a firewall. In addition, SyncAcross uses server authentication, data encryption, encoded session identifications, and other advanced technology to prevent interference or unauthorized access from outside intruders.

SyncAcross does not condone spamming. SyncAcross will not rent, sell, or share Personally Identifiable Information or any of your synchronized data, or other contact information, or your use of the Site, and your data will not be used for spam or any other purpose outside of SyncAcross' services.
SyncAcross may periodically send you service-related announcements from time to time about the general operation of the service. SyncAcross reserves the right to send you such notices about your account even if you opt out of all voluntary email notifications.
SyncAcross does not and will not, at any time, request Personally Identifiable Information in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.
The Site may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than SyncAcross'. You should consult the other sites' privacy policies, as SyncAcross has no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.
By visiting the Site and providing your data, you acknowledge and agree that due to the international dimension of SyncAcross some of the data may be transmitted outside your resident jurisdiction.
